Component 2: Skills, technology and enterprise focuses on the increase in poor rural people’s productive capacities. It is expected to result in the rural youth (women and men) and other vulnerable social groups being productively employed, the development of small- and medium-sized enterprises, and rural value chain actors using digital technology. This component is implemented by the Project Implementation Unit, Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF-PIU).
