From October 09 to October 13, 2023 Mr. Touch Siphat, Deputy General Director of Administration and Finance and Project Manager of SAAMBAT, led the Measurement & Evaluation Specialists to participate in IFAD’s mission to support the implementation of the “Agriculture for Primary Education” project. 2 (AFN2) “Implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Laos, funded by IFAD.

In this mission, there was a meeting to review the progress of the project, to review the project coordination and management mechanism, to review action plan, to identify the target group and target measurement system, and to identify the evaluation system of the project in Vientiane, and to meet with the project implementation unit in the province of Udom Sai, La and Khao districts, as well as visiting people in some villages.
